This position is open to both freshers and experienced candidates who have completed their graduation. Responsibilities: - Conduct engaging and effective English language training sessions for employees at different levels. - Develop customized training materials and resources based on the needs of the team. - Assess trainees\' language proficiency and provide constructive feedback for improvement. - Monitor progress and adjust training methods accordingly. - Create a supportive and encouraging learning environment for all trainees. - Stay up-to-date with current trends and best practices in language training. - Maintain accurate records of trainees\' progress and attendance.
