Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated English Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective English lessons, fostering a love for language and literature, and supporting students in developing strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver English lessons in accordance with the curriculum (e.g., IGCSE, CBSE, IB, or national curriculum). Develop engaging lesson plans that incorporate literature, writing, grammar, and oral communication skills. Assess and evaluate student progress through tests, assignments, and classroom participation. Provide constructive feedback to students and support their academic growth. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment. Encourage critical thinking, creativity, and independent learning among students. Utilize modern teaching methods, including technology and interactive learning strategies. Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance. Communicate with parents and guardians regarding student progress and any concerns. Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events as required.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Teaching certification or relevant teaching qualifications (e.g., PGCE, TEFL, TESOL, CELTA). Proven experience teaching English, preferably in a [primary/secondary/high school] setting. Strong communication and classroom management skills. Familiarity with [IGCSE/IB/CBSE/National] curriculum is an advantage. Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
