• Lesson Planning: Develop and execute creative, interactive lesson plans tailored to individual learning styles and abilities.
• Student Assessment: Regularly evaluate student progress and adjust teaching methods to accommodate diverse needs, maintaining detailed records.
• Parent Communication: Foster open and effective communication with parents, providing feedback on student performance and offering support as needed.

• Extracurricular Activities: Encourage student participation in extracurricular activities, clubs, and projects that enhance their personal and academic growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education.
• B.A/M.A
• Proven experience in teaching primary to middle school students.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Passion for inspiring young minds and fostering a love for learning.
