Position: Preschool Teacher

Location: Jharsuguda

Roles & Responsibilities:-

1. Early Childhood Education Knowledge: •Understanding child development theories, developmental milestones, and age-appropriate learning strategies.•

2. Communication Skills: •Clear and effective communication with children, parents, and colleagues is crucial for conveying information, addressing concerns, and fostering positive relationships.•

3. Patience and Empathy: •Dealing with young children requires patience, empathy, and the ability to understand and respond to their emotions and needs.•

4. Creativity: •Developing engaging and interactive activities that stimulate children's curiosity and creativity, promoting learning through play.•

5. Classroom Management: •Establishing routines, managing behavior effectively, and creating a safe and supportive learning environment.•

6. Flexibility: •Adapting teaching methods and activities to meet the diverse needs and learning styles of children in the classroom.•

7. Organizational Skills: •Planning and implementing lessons, managing time effectively, and maintaining a well-organized classroom environment.•

8. Teamwork: •Collaborating with other teachers, assistants, and staff members to coordinate activities and support each child's development.•

9. Problem-Solving Skills: •Addressing challenges that arise in the classroom, such as behavioral issues or learning difficulties, with creative and effective solutions.•

10. Cultural Sensitivity: •Recognizing and respecting cultural differences among children and families, creating an inclusive and welcoming classroom environment.•

TIMING: 8:00AM-2:00PM

SALARY: 6,000 TO 8,000

FRESHERS REQUIRED / 1 YRS EXPERIENCE

NOTE:- SHOULD HAVE GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILL, SPOKEN ENGLISH.
