Job Description

Conduct interactive Spoken English and Personality Development classes for students. Develop lesson plans and activities to improve students' speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills. Use creative teaching methods to enhance students' confidence in English communication. Provide individual attention and guidance to students based on their learning needs. Conduct mock interviews, group discussions, and public speaking exercises. Assess and track student progress through tests, assignments, and feedback sessions. Encourage students to use English in daily conversations and academic activities. Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Education, or a related field. Certification in TEFL/TESOL/IELTS (preferred but not mandatory). Minimum 1-2 years of teaching experience in Spoken English or Personality Development. Strong command over English grammar, pronunciation, and vocabulary. Ability to engage and motivate students effectively. Familiarity with modern teaching tools and digital platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in working with students from diverse backgrounds. Knowledge of soft skills and personality development training. Ability to create an inclusive and interactive classroom environment.
