Classroom Management: Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment, promoting respect, collaboration, and discipline among students. 4. Lesson Planning: Develop and implement lesson plans that align with school curricula and standards, adapting materials for different learning styles and needs. 5. Language Development: Focus on developing students' reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills, including grammar, vocabulary, and comprehension. 6.
