Job Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated

English Teacher

to join our faculty. The ideal candidate will be passionate about teaching English and will work with students of different skill levels to improve their language proficiency. The role involves delivering lessons, managing classrooms, and supporting students in their academic and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities

:

Lesson Planning & Delivery

: Plan and deliver engaging English lessons to students, covering grammar, literature, writing, and speaking skills.

Classroom Management

: Create a positive and disciplined learning environment that encourages participation and fosters student development.

Assessment

: Assess students' progress through regular tests, quizzes, and assignments, providing constructive feedback to help them improve.

Individual Support

: Provide one-on-one support to students struggling with specific aspects of the English language.

Curriculum Development

: Assist in the development and enhancement of the English curriculum to meet the needs of the students.

Skill Development

: Help students improve their reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills, preparing them for exams and real-world communication.

Parent Communication

: Keep parents informed about their child's progress through periodic reports and meetings.

Required Skills and Qualifications

:

Education

: Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field.

Experience

: Previous teaching experience is preferred, though fresh graduates with a passion for teaching are also encouraged to apply.

Knowledge

: Strong knowledge of English grammar, literature, and language skills.

Communication Skills

: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.

Patience & Empathy

: Ability to be patient and understanding with students, offering them the support they need to succeed.

Creativity

: Ability to use creative methods to make learning English engaging and fun.

Time Management

: Ability to manage time effectively and ensure lesson objectives are met.
