Job Description
• Curriculum Development : Designing engaging lesson plans that align with educational standards and cater to various learning styles.
• Literacy Instruction : Focusing on reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills. This may involve phonics, vocabulary development, comprehension strategies, and writing exercises.
• Assessment : Evaluating student progress through tests, assignments, and observations to tailor instruction to individual needs.
• Classroom Management : Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation and fosters a love for reading and writing.
• Parental Engagement : Communicating with parents about their child's progress and how they can support learning at home.
• Professional Development : Staying updated on teaching methods, educational technology, and literature to enhance instruction.
