Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Soft Skills and English Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing the language proficiency, communication skills, and personal development of our trainees, preparing them to excel in professional environments. This role involves delivering engaging training sessions, assessing trainee progress, and developing materials to foster learning and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions on soft skills including interpersonal communication, teamwork, leadership, and professional etiquette.
• Train and assess trainees in English language skills : grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, fluency, and business communication.
• Develop and implement structured lesson plans and training materials tailored to the needs of the trainees.
• Facilitate activities and exercises to build confidence, improve language skills, and foster effective communication in real-life scenarios.
• Evaluate and track trainee progress, providing feedback and support for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with team members and management to enhance training programs based on feedback and industry standards.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in English, Communications, or a related field. Additional certifications in soft skills or training methodologies are preferred.
• Proven experience as a soft skills and/or English language trainer.
• Excellent command of English language, both spoken and written.
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
• Ability to design and adapt training content based on varied learning styles and levels.
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with virtual training tools is a plus.

Pay: ?8,582.80 - ?25,521.68 per month
