Dear candidate,
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Grade 1 & 2 Hindi teacher to join our team in the Education Management industry. In this role, you will be responsible for providing effective instruction in Hindi language and culture to students in grades 1 and 2. You will play a key role in shaping their understanding and appreciation of the language, as well as fostering their overall development.

As a Grade 1 & 2 Hindi teacher, you will create and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse learning needs of our students. You will be responsible for teaching vocabulary, grammar, reading, writing, and speaking skills, while incorporating cultural elements into your lessons. Additionally, you will assess student progress, provide feedback, and maintain open communication with parents and caregivers to ensure a supportive learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Effectively deliver instruction in Hindi language and culture to grade 1 and 2 students.
• Develop and implement engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans.
• Incorporate cultural elements into lessons to enhance students' understanding of Hindi.
• Assess student progress and provide feedback to students and parents.
• Create and maintain a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and promote student achievement.
• Attend professional development workshops and stay up-to-date with the latest teaching methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Hindi, Education, or a related field.
• A valid teaching certification or diploma in Hindi.
• Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in Hindi language at the elementary level.
• Excellent command of the Hindi language, both written and spoken.
• Strong understanding of Indian culture and traditions.
• Familiarity with the curriculum standards for grade 1 and 2 Hindi language instruction.
• Ability to create engaging and differentiated lesson plans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Patience, flexibility, and a passion for teaching young learners.
