Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated English Teacher to join our faculty for Primary and Middle School. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and a strong understanding of the CBSE curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons in English Language and Literature according to the CBSE curriculum.
• Develop and implement instructional activities that contribute to a climate where students are actively engaged in meaningful learning experiences.
• Prepare and distribute required reports on student progress and development.
• Utilize a variety of teaching methods and materials to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
• Assess and evaluate student performance through assignments, exams, and projects.
• Maintain accurate and complete records of students' progress and development.
• Manage classroom behavior in accordance with the school's code of conduct.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student performance and development.
• Participate in faculty meetings, professional development, and other school events.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• B.Ed or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Proven experience teaching English at the primary and middle school levels, preferably within the CBSE curriculum.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and classroom management skills.
• Ability to build rapport with students and create a motivating and respectful learning environment.
• Proficiency in using educational technology and online resources to enhance teaching and learning.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with differentiated instruction and assessment techniques.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and staff.
• Creative and innovative teaching practices.
