Key Responsibilities
• Teaching & Curriculum Development:
• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons aligned with the school curriculum.
• Develop teaching materials, assignments, and assessments tailored to students' needs.
• Student Engagement & Progress Monitoring:
• Foster a positive and conducive learning environment.
• Monitor and evaluate individual student performance and provide feedback for improvement.
• Encourage active participation and address learning challenges.
• Classroom Management:
• Maintain discipline and manage classroom behavior effectively.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive atmosphere for all students.
• Administrative Duties:
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance.
• Participate in staff meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and school events.
• Professional Development:
• Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and subject knowledge.
• Attend training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance teaching skills.
