Role Overview:

St. Joseph Junior & Degree College is seeking a dynamic and passionate

English Lecturer

to teach

Intermediate and Degree

students. The ideal candidate should have strong command over English language and literature, and the ability to engage students in reading, writing, and critical thinking.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach English Language and Literature with a focus on grammar, comprehension, and communication. Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and classroom activities. Encourage reading habits and improve writing and speaking skills. Use interactive methods to engage students in discussion and analysis. Evaluate academic progress and offer constructive feedback.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

M.A. in English from a recognized university.

Experience:

1-5 years preferred (Freshers with strong subject knowledge may apply). Excellent communication, classroom management, and literary analysis skills.
