Job Description
• Designing, developing, and delivering course material using various methods and platforms
• Preparing and grading assignments, exams, and activities
• Providing feedback and guidance to students
• Identifying and supporting students with special needs
• Develop and deliver course content in English language and literature.
• Assess and evaluate student performance through assignments, exams, and presentations.
• Provide constructive feedback and academic support to students.
• Participate in faculty meetings, workshops, and professional development opportunities.
• Mentor and advise students on academic and career goals.
• Integrate technology and multimedia resources into lessons.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum design and program development.
• Organize and participate in extracurricular activities and literary events.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?30,860.00 - ?40,419.00 per month
