Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and passionate English Language Trainer to join our team at Touchstone Educationals LLP. As an English Language Trainer, you will be responsible for providing high-quality language training to students who are preparing for IELTS exams. This is a full-time position based in Chandigarh, Chandigarh, India, and is ideal for someone with less than 1 year of experience. Qualifications And Skills Bachelor\'s degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or a related field Strong command of the English language Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Passion for teaching and working with students Familiarity with IELTS exam format and scoring criteria Ability to adapt teaching styles to meet the needs of individual students Patience and empathy towards students\' learning journey Experience in language training or tutoring is a plus Roles And Responsibilities Conduct English language training sessions for students preparing for IELTS exams Prepare and deliver engaging and interactive lessons Assess students\' language proficiency and provide constructive feedback Develop and implement customized study plans based on individual student needs Monitor student progress and provide additional support when necessary Collaborate with other trainers and staff to improve training materials and curriculum Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and language learning trends
