Description:As an English Language Specialist,your role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing algorithms that enable machines to understand, interpret, and generate human language with high accuracy. Youll work closely with data scientists, engineers, and linguists to build and enhance language models, perform text analysis, and solve complex language-related challenges.Requirements:

• Fresher/ Any Experienced MA/ Ph.D. (English) post graduate/ Doctorate
• MA/ Ph.D. (English) Must have Provisional Certificate and Consolidated Marks Memos
• Must be ready to join immediately
• Must be ready to work from Office

• Language Instruction: Deliver comprehensive language instruction to individuals or groups with varying levels of English proficiency, focusing on reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.
• Assess Language Skills: Evaluate the language skills of clients or employees through assessments, interviews, or other appropriate evaluation methods to determine their current proficiency level.
• Develop Language Programs: Design and develop customized language programs and curriculum based on the needs and goals of clients or employees, ensuring progressive improvement in all language skills.
• Provide Feedback: Offer constructive feedback, corrections and suggestions to clients or employees to facilitate their language learning and development.
• LanguageResources:Research,identify,andutilizeappropriatelanguage resources, online tools, audio-visual materials, and authentic content, to enhance the language learning experience.
