Job Title: English Educator

Location: Kolkata & Greater Kolkata (Must be able to work from home as well if required)

We are seeking a passionate and experienced English Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in teaching English, proven expertise in online and offline education, and flexibility to take workshops and classes in schools and institutes as assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create and deliver engaging, student-centred lesson plans.

- Conduct workshops and classes online and offline in schools and institutes as assigned.

- Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment.

- Provide feedback and assessments to support student progress.

- Use various teaching tools to enhance the learning experience.

Requirements:

- Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in English, B.Ed, or M.Ed (compulsory).

- Certifications: TEFL or CELTA certification (mandatory).

- Work Experience: 3-5 years of teaching experience focused on English.

- Online and Offline Teaching Experience : Proficiency in using online teaching platforms and classroom teaching.

- Availability: Five-and-a-half-day work week, with Saturday and Sunday likely working and one weekday off.

- Must have a proper setup, including a computer and a stable internet connection.

- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

- Ability to engage students effectively through interactive methods.

- Strong proficiency with teaching tools and technology.
