Key Responsibilities:

• Curriculum Delivery:
• Teach and deliver engaging lessons in English Language and Literature to students in grades [insert grade levels]. Focus on reading comprehension, writing skills, grammar, vocabulary, and literature analysis.
• Student Development:

Facilitate the intellectual and emotional growth of students by nurturing their critical thinking, analytical abilities, and creativity through diverse literature and writing activities.

• Lesson Planning:

Design and implement well-structured and creative lesson plans that cater to a wide range of learning styles and abilities. Develop differentiated instructional strategies to meet the diverse needs of students.Assess and monitor student progress through regular evaluations, assignments, projects, and exams. Provide constructive feedback and guidance for improvement. Ensure students' work aligns with curriculum standards and educational goals.Maintain a positive, inclusive, and respectful classroom environment conducive to learning. Establish and enforce clear expectations for behavior and academic performance.Introduce students to a variety of genres, authors, and literary movements. Encourage independent reading and foster discussions that develop students' interpretative and critical skills.Work closely with colleagues within the English department and across other disciplines to integrate cross-curricular learning opportunities. Participate in faculty meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development activities.Provide individualized support to students who need additional help, whether in language acquisition, literacy, or academic writing. Assist in preparing students for internal and external examinations. Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in English, English Literature, Education, or a related field. A Master's degree in English or a relevant subject is preferred. Must have a recognized teaching certification (TGT) in [insert country or state requirements].
• Experience:

At least 5years of teaching experience in English at the secondary school level, with a proven track record of engaging students and enhancing their academic skills.

• Strong classroom management abilities and the ability to build a positive rapport with students.

• Familiarity with national/international curriculum frameworks (e.g., CBSE, ICSE, IGCSE, or similar).
