Job Title: English Editor for Educational Content Location: Noida Hybrid : We are seeking a talented English Editor to join our in-house content team. As an English Editor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, clarity, and coherence of educational materials across various platforms. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, a strong command of the English language, and a passion for educational content development. Responsibilities:
- Edit and proofread educational content including articles, lesson plans, assessments, and digital resources.
- Ensure content aligns with educational standards, learning objectives, and target audience needs.
- Collaborate with writers, subject matter experts, and instructional designers to refine content.
- Conduct quality assurance checks to verify accuracy and consistency of content.
- Adapt content for different formats and platforms while maintaining educational integrity.
- Stay updated with industry trends and educational best practices to enhance content quality.
- Assist in the development and implementation of editorial guidelines and style standards.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in English, Journalism, Education, or related field.
- Proven experience as an editor or similar role, preferably in educational publishing or content creation.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong knowledge of English grammar, punctuation, and style conventions.
- Familiarity with educational frameworks, curriculum standards, and instructional design principles.
- Proficiency in using editing tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Word, Google Docs, Adobe Acrobat).
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and meet deadlines.
