The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background in English, extensive experience teaching the IGCSE curriculum, and a proven ability to engage students in advanced literary analysis, critical thinking, and effective communication skills.Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver high-quality lessons for AS & A Level English, aligned with the IGCSE curriculum.

• Develop students' analytical, writing, and critical thinking skills through engaging discussions and coursework.

• Assess student progress through assignments, examinations, and project-based learning.

• Provide individual support and feedback to enhance student learning outcomes.

• Foster a dynamic, inclusive, and interactive classroom environment.

• Stay updated with curriculum developments and best teaching practices.

• Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum planning and school events.

• Participate in professional development programs and faculty meetings.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Masters degree (M.A.) in English and B.Ed. in English (mandatory).

• 3-5 years of teaching experience in an IGCSE school, specifically at the AS & A Level.

• Strong knowledge of literature, language, and academic writing skills.

• Excellent classroom management and student engagement strategies.

• Passionate about English education and developing students global perspectives.
