English And Soft Skills Trainer
Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
KNOWLEDGE OF English , Communicative English, Interview Skills.
o Imparting training in the given area.
o Review student resumes and give feedback; provide coaching for the interview process.
o Conducting mock interviews.
o Assign and grade class work, homework, tests and assignments.
o Encourage and monitor the progress of individual students.
o Observe and maintain accurate and complete records of student's progress and development.
o Counseling students with academic problems and providing student encouragement.
o Groom the students to prepare them for jobs.
o Needs to undertake additional responsibilities from time to time based on the organizations needs.
Role Holder's PROFILE:
Education:
Bachelor/Master degree
Relevant Experience in years :5year
Technical Knowledge / Skills:
Must Have Strong Knowledge in English , Communicative English, Interview Skills
Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Language Ability:
Proficient in English, Bengali & Hindi.
