Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the DDU-GKY training centre.
Ensure compliance with DDU-GKY guidelines and standards.
Manage and supervise a team of trainers, support staff, and other personnel.
Coordinate with various stakeholders, including government officials, training partners, and employers.
Monitor the progress of training programs and ensure timely completion of courses.
Maintain records and documentation as required by the project.
Handle administrative tasks such as attendance, assessments, and placements.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve project targets and objectives.
Address any issues or challenges that arise during the project implementation.
Ensure a conducive and motivating learning environment for the trainees.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Management, Education, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in skill development or vocational training projects.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of DDU-GKY guidelines and procedures is an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
