Job Description

The Soft Skills and English Trainer will be responsible for delivering training sessions aimed at improving the communication skills, interpersonal abilities, and professional demeanor of our students. The role involves designing curriculum, conducting workshops, and providing personalized feedback to help students excel in their careers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Curriculum Development : Design and develop training modules for soft skills, including communication, teamwork, leadership, time management, and other essential professional skills.
• English Language Training : Conduct English language training sessions focusing on grammar, vocabulary, speaking, writing, and comprehension skills.
• Training Delivery : Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions, both in-person and online, using various teaching methodologies and tools.
• Assessment and Feedback : Assess students' progress through tests, assignments, and presentations, providing constructive feedback to enhance their skills.
• Student Engagement : Create a supportive and motivating learning environment, encouraging student participation and addressing individual learning needs.
• Resource Development : Develop and maintain training materials, including handouts, presentations, and online resources, ensuring they are up-to-date and relevant.
• Collaboration : Work closely with other trainers and the educational content team to ensure a cohesive learning experience and to incorporate feedback into training programs.
• Continuous Improvement : Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in soft skills training and English language teaching, continuously improving training methodologies.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
