- Designing and implementing effective training programs focused on soft skills development.
- Conducting engaging training sessions both in-person and virtually.
- Providing Soft skills training, product knowledge and personality development
- Assessing training needs through surveys, interviews, and consultations with managers.
- Developing training materials such as presentations, exercises, and role-playing scenarios.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making improvements as necessary.
- Providing feedback to participants to help them improve their soft skills.
- Collaborating with other trainers and subject matter experts to deliver comprehensive training solutions.
- Proven experience as a Soft Skills Trainer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of soft skills training techniques and methods.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
