Candidate should have reach experience of Station engineering/Primary engineering of FACTS and Substations (Like Different Layout, Bus Arrangements, DSLP, indoor & outdoor arrangement drawings, Cable trench and Duct layout, safety aspects, Material handling process and Installation procedures, Erection key diagrams, Construction drawings, Grounding system) . Candidate should have excellent knowledge of Primary calculations (Grounding, DSLP, EDF, SCF, Sag tension, Ampacity etc.) and BOM. . Candidate should have basic knowledge of auxiliary systems design (small power SLD, AC-DC system, Battery, Charger, Illumination system, VMS and BMS, LV/MV/HV Cable system and accessary, Load list, Cable schedule, All Sizing calculations, BOM) . Basic knowledge of Civil and structural engineering and good knowledge of Civil/Structural input preparation. . Review of input drawings, project drawings, interface drawings, structural drawings and all electrical calculations. . Candidate should have excellent knowledge of inputs & interface management between all disciplines (Civil & Electro-mechanical) and between existing station/Lines (in case of brawn field project) . Candidate Should have good understanding of relevant standards & specifications (Like IS, IEC, IEEE, Electricity rules, SIGRE, CBIP, NBC, Fire safety, local standards and practices) . Candidate Should have knowledge of 3D and 2D AutoCAD and other drafting / station engineering tools. . Candidate should have experience to create RFQ and check vender drawing and documents. . Candidate should have the experience of coordination with Vender, construction site, project management, Customer/Consultant. . Candidate Should have sufficient experience of engineering process and standard practices, Design modification report (DMR), List of open points (LOP), Estimation of man-hour, timeline & quality. . Candidate must have reach engineering experience of minimum 6-8 years in FACTS system / Substation. . In addition to above Engineering experience few years of site experience (installation/commissioning of FACTS system or Substation) is preferable. Skill set requirement: . Candidate should have basic knowledge of auxiliary systems design (small power SLD, AC-DC system, Battery, Charger, Illumination system, VMS and BMS, LV/MV/HV Cable system and accessary, Load list, Cable schedule, All Sizing calculations, BOM . Candidate should have good understanding of FACTS system (like SVC, STATCOM, FCL, FSC, MV & EHV substation) . Candidate should have basic knowledge of FACTS components (like Reactor, Capacitor, IGBT, Thyristor, resister, Coupling transformer, Bushings, CT/PT and Switch gear, MOV, VD, Insulator, Valve Cooling system etc.) . Candidate should have basic knowledge of insulation co-ordination study. Having a previous experience of working on FACTS projects would be an added advantage. Other requirements: . Excellent team player. . Ability to work with team members who may have diverse background, including different nationalities. Qualifications required: .
