Overall Job Purpose: The overall job purpose of the profile is to identify and generate profitable business from Delhi/NCR
Experience: 3 to 7 years in selling HVAC products & Solutions to commercial and industrial buildings

• Knowledge of HVAC
• Proven track record from consultative sales approach if experienced

• Good relationship management skills

• To own numbers from assigned territory
• To identify and develop strategic relationship with senior management and develop new accounts

• Work closely with multiple industries in the assigned geography
• Focus on aftermarket business
• Handle complete sales cycle Identifying and creating opportunities, solution offering, presenting business case to clients, submission of proposals, opportunity Interaction with internal team for pricing and solution derivation
• To actively work with the customers key concerns and drive sales of higher service levels and new value added services
