JOB DESCRIPTION Highlight Top / Key Responsibilities for this position The analyst/Engineer must have degree in Mechanical Engineering with more than 9 years working experience in the field of condition monitoring and analysis. analysis. At least 2 years of work experience should be in oil and gas or petrochemical industry. Equipment master data creation (RPM, bearing details, suction and discharge pressure, model no, etc.) Take backup of vibration database on monthly frequency. Define the database for new equipment in CM software as per equipment type. Following and ensure compliance to CM schedule Assist in commissioning activities (Base data collection, no load data , structural modifications ,etc.) Generate monthly CM compliance report Analysis of condition monitoring data i.e. spectrum, time wave form, envelope demodulation data, cross phase, etc and advice suitable remedy for rectification. Report for correction action to be submitted with in same day of vibration Perform in-situ balancing, natural frequency tests (bump test, run up, coast down), MCSA as and when need arises. It is desired that the analyst must also have experience in MCSA, Acoustic Emission, Electrical Discharge, bearing Maintenance & other rotary equipments maintenance. Desired Educational Qualification The analyst/Engineer must have degree in Mechanical Engineering Technical Skills / Knowledge Required Analyst/Engineers should have #Vibration analyst Category II #certification through Mobius, Vibration Institute or BNDT as per criteria defined in ISO 18346-2. The certificate of the analyst should be traceable to issuer website. At least 2 years of work experience shall be after certification. At least 5 years of work experience should be in oil and gas or petrochemical industry. Analyst/Engineer should also have adequate experience to operate the Vibration Data Collector /analyser & Software of CSI Technology
