Come join our team and help us make a positive impact on the world.Job overview and responsibilitiesAs an Engineering Test Technical Manager for DevOps and Code Quality of Digital Technology at United Airlines, you will be responsible for driving the implementation, governance, and optimizations of code quality tools like SonarQube and DevOps tools like Jenkins, Harness. You will closely collaborate with the cross functional application development teams to integrate automated quality checks in CI/CD pipelines, establish metrics for measuring code quality and reliability. You will work with stakeholders ensuring product teams are adhering to coding standards set within SonarQube and DevOps tools.xc2xb7 Build DevOps framework and templates to Integrate testing suites (sanity, functional, integration, regression, end to end and performance testing suites) into CICD pipeline to enable touchless continuous testing.xc2xb7 Lead the adoption and scaling of code quality tools (e.g. SonarQube or similar tools) to ensure robust code quality standards with development practices are followed.xc2xb7 Identify & address technical debt related issues and risk to the application development teams. Manage and mitigate testing related risks and issues.xc2xb7 Drive a culture of code quality with setting code analysis to run every time you commit and push changes to your code repository.xc2xb7 Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvements in code quality and DevOps practices that are adoptable and standardized across organization.xc2xb7 Collaborate with teams to scale test automation to integrate automated testing at every stage of pipeline, increasing In-Sprint automation coverage and improving regression testing efficiency.xc2xb7 Establish robust monitoring and feedback mechanisms, enabling insights into pipeline performance, defect detection and test reliability.This position is offered on local terms and conditions.
