Duties & Responsibilities :

Oversees the day-to-day operations of the maintenance department.
Evaluates systems or facilities to determine maintenance or repairs that need to be performed.
Assesses building systems to plan work assignments and project schedules.
Develops maintenance procedures and schedules.
Ensures maintenance and repair work is completed correctly and in a timely manner.
Assists with departmental budget estimates and costs of specific repair projects.
Inspect hotel property regularly to ensure it meets safety standards.
Arrange for routine maintenance in hotel rooms, lobbies and facilities (e.g. kitchens, tennis courts)
Organize repair projects in a manner that does not disturb guests.
Supervise team of Maintenance.
Manage relationships with contractors and service providers.
Maintain budgets, expenses and activity logs
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualification & Experience :

Proven experience as a Hotel Maintenance Supervisor or Maintenance Technician.
In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations.
Familiarity with plumbing, electrical, sewer and HVAC systems etc
Basic knowledge in administrative processes.
Ability to spot safety risks and address needs quickly.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Problem-solving aptitude.
Diploma or equivalent with minimum 3 Years of experience in the Same role Experience in hotel industry will be an advantage.
