Role Summary:This role of Engineering Support Manager is within the Risk Intelligence Engineering, LSEG Markets & Risk Engineering group. The group is responsible for the development of the technology platforms supporting key products including Connected Risk, World Check, and products in the Risk Managed Services space.The role includes managing issues, develop fixes, support releases, and perform general maintenance and administration tasks of the 3rd line technical team. Managing service requests and monitoring of services to ensure continuous service availability and performance.Ensures that all aspects of operability are delivered as part of the implementation process whilst ensuring that existing service levels are maintained or improved.Specific Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
