DescriptionTo take care of smooth operation of all equipmentTo control and monitor the preventive maintenance carried out as per schedule.To provide the resource and time for HSE training, work places, accommodation and facilities for staff.To attend HSE meeting and addressing HSE issues.Ensure SO observation completion on time.TBT for all associated team members.Ensure 100% legal complianceParticipating in all near miss incidents and accident investigations.Participating in emergency exercisesRequiring that all incidents are investigated promptly and take appropriate steps for preventive recurrence.Attend safety committee meetingsSpread safety procedure across down teamEnsure preventive maintenance of all equipment and update in RAMCOEnsure Closer of Checks complaintsPrepare daily engineering reportEnsure Permits & SOP implementationUpdate all engineering logs in RAMCOEnsure Daily Tags & MISEnsure AMC as per ContractPrepare shift schedule of maintenance staffEnsure PPM activities.Any other task/responsibility assigned by the management time to timeTo be observant towards any unsafe act & prevent the same. Bring the same to the notice of management as required & follow engineering guidelines and Safety managementOH&S ResponsibilityTo ensure DLF HSE Policy is understood by self and co-workers.To ensure safety management system (DLF Safety standard, SOPS, EGS, OH&S procedures) is implemented andcommunicated to the team.
