Job Description
: Should have experience in complete recruitment cycle. Should have minimum 3 - 5 Years of prior experience in Engineering Recruitment Preferably Automotive Domain (Embedded/CAD/CAE Positions). Should have experience in sourcing potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like Naukri, Monster, Shine, LinkedIn) Salary positioning, offer negotiation & timely closure of positions involving aggressive follow-up with Clients and candidates to ensure smooth joining. Ability to work independently as well as a Team Member. Good Communication and strong Negotiation skills. Ensure that the candidate possesses the required skills set Technologies Majorly worked on: Automotive Embedded C, C++ HMI Infotainment development, AUTOSAR using CAN, LIN, UDS, ASPICE dSPACE, MBD using Simulink -MATLAB, Verification & Validation skills like System/functional testing, Unit /Integration testing, HIL/SIL/MIL testing, Manual/Automation Testing V2Soft ( www.v2soft.com ) is a global company, headquartered out of Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, with locations in Mexico, Italy, India, China and Germany.
