Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it.Engine & Energy Generation team is looking for an Engineering Project Team Lead with at least 15 years of industry experience in leading and managing technical teams to deliver software supporting Energy & Transportation Applications. Areas of responsibility include contribution to architecture, design, validation and implementation of software and control strategies. This position requires technical knowledge of model-based design, electronic systems and embedded software development in C and Simulink. Experience in developing Engine & Energy Application features is of particular interest.Job Duties & Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to -

  • Design, optimize and implement software strategies of Engine & Energy Systems from requirements to delivery
  • Work with global process partners and product groups closely to refine requirements
  • Review design, code, test, and debug systems and software
  • Unit test and verify software strategies in bench and lab environments
  • Integrate and validate issues arising in a multi control module system environment
  • Troubleshoot the issues identified at system benches and analyse field data from customer production sites and provide resolution
  • Manage risk identification and mitigation strategies associated with software architecture
  • Effective people and conflict resolution skills
  • Represent workstream and provide stakeholder updates
  • Mentoring, guiding, and assisting team throughout the workflow process
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in electronic & Communication, Electrical & Electronics Engineering from an accredited Engineering College
  • Highly motivated with strong technical & project leadership skills and 15+ years of progressively increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Excellent knowledge of Embedded System and Software
  • Knowledge of Model Based Design
  • Knowledge of ECM architecture - memory & I/O handling, tasks, timers, clocks etc.
  • Good knowledge on Network & Industrial protocols - CAN, J1939, Ethernet etc.
  • Incumbents must have demonstrated excellent analytical skills and the ability to perform complex assignments.
  • Must have very good communication skills and ability to convey technical information & collaborate effectively with team members, process partners and leadership forum.
