Work as the EPQ/LeadEPQ for the projects in PS-PE and PS-BA topics. Responsibilities involves: Quality assurance in assigned project(s): ensure delivery quality, track and report quality goals and KPIs. Responsible for quality strategy and lead change initiatives in responsible department. Deployment of company goals related to quality function in responsible department along with Sub-Key Acct QA Head. Act as coach for ASPICE assessment Active contribution for quality initiatives at organizational level Handle the role of Internal Auditor on need basis Requirements: 1. Passion for Quality Assurance 2. Good stakeholder management and communication skills 3. Strong customer interfacing and negotiation skills 4. Good team player 5. Process Definition and Quality Assurance (Process Deployment) experience Skill-set: 1. Experience in embedded automotive domain 2. Knowledge in Power Train domain 3. Experience in Statistical Analysis Qualifications . BE / B Tech or equivalent in Software Engineering with / without Post Graduation in Quality related topics . Overall 6-10 years of working experience . 2 -3 years of Quality assurance and process consultancy . Good knowledge of ASPICE quality standards . Process Definition and Quality Assurance (Process Deployment) experience as per ISO9001 / ISO TS - 16949, IATF , CMMI L5 models in Software Engineering . Knowledge about FMEA processes . Hands on Experience in Software development and engineering . Knowledge of ECU SW development RDCT lifecycle and overview of powertrain systems . Knowledge of Quality Methods with the ability to drive to root cause of specific concerns using quality tools and problem solving techniques Additional Information 1.
