Job Responsibilities:

• Work with end users to assist in issues that may arise in using the application such as configuring the JDE applications, customization and fixing functional issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, understanding business processes, and aligning JD Edwards functionalities to meet client requirements.
• Trouble shooting and resolution of Oracle JDE ERP incidents, and manage systems integrations to/from JDE Edwards
• Manage SLAs and guide the team to triage, identify and recommend technical solutions for fixing issues and enhancements such as functional configuration, JDE reports, interfaces, data integrations and customizations.
• Collaborate and work with business and cross-functional teams to identify & implement effective solutions that automates and optimizes technical performance and finance processes.
• Implement permanent solution by performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of the incidents.
