Overview:

As a Technical Staff member with a background in Mechanical Engineering, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing innovative space-saving furniture solutions. Utilizing your expertise in CAD software, you will create detailed designs and prototypes that maximize functionality and aesthetic appeal. Your technical skills and creativity will be key in delivering high-quality products that meet our customers' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and Development:

• Design and develop space-saving furniture solutions using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar).
• Create detailed 3D models, assemblies, and technical drawings that accurately represent the design intent.
• Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to refine and optimize product designs for manufacturability and cost-effectiveness.

Prototyping and Testing:

• Develop and oversee the creation of prototypes to evaluate design concepts and functionality.
• Conduct rigorous testing and analysis to ensure that products meet quality, durability, and safety standards.
• Iterate designs based on test results and feedback to achieve optimal performance.

Innovation and Improvement:

• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in furniture design and mechanical engineering.
• Propose and implement innovative design solutions to enhance the functionality and appeal of space-saving furniture products.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve existing products and processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Diploma degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar) for furniture design or related applications.
• Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Experience in prototyping, testing, and product development.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
