We are looking for an Engineering Manager, SAP Engineering, Base Data ,who will lead the team to build and maintain the SAP Master Data and take accountability of data across ecosystem . You will responsible for team growth and delivery should encompass an array of competencies. These include advanced SAP Retail understanding, mastering in Master Data, exemplary leadership, strategic acumen, effective communication, collaborative spirit. You will be staff responsible for SAP Base Data team and consultants. In this role You will have close collaboration with the other four areas within the Unit SAP Platform and the total H&M Group SAP Community across product teams and operations Develop and implement a strategic roadmap for SAP master data initiatives, aligning business objectives with SAP capabilities and consistently delivering tangible business outcomes. Ensure high quality of data availability and accuracy for all SAP Master Data products. Develop and execute a forward-looking strategic roadmap for SAP master data initiatives, effectively aligning the organization\'s business objectives with the capabilities of SAP. Hold the responsibility for maintaining a high standard of data accuracy and availability for all SAP Master Data products Oversee both the operational and strategic aspects of SAP Master Data, ensuring that day-to-day processes run efficiently while also maintaining a clear long-term vision that supports the organization\'s growth and efficiency. Collaborate closely with internal teams and external service providers to maintain best-in-class service operations related to SAP Master Data. Ensure seamless service delivery, troubleshoot issues, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement. Regularly review SAP performance reports, operational KPIs, performance metrics, and SLAs with our vendor partners and manage vendor relationship Nurture a culture of organizational health within the team. Prioritize both project deliveries and the continuous development of team members\' competencies. Conduct performance dialogues, support individual development plans, and address competency needs. Exercise formal staff responsibilities, including conducting salary reviews, providing support in individual development plans, and promoting the growth and well-being of team members. Qualifications 10+ years of Experience Advanced SAP Retail Knowledge: Exhibit comprehensive expertise in SAP Retail solutions, especially with Master Data, Proven successful leadership track record, empowering teams, nurturing talent, and fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Demonstrate proficiency in managing complex SAP projects with master data , overseeing end-to-end project lifecycles, from planning and design to implementation, testing, and deployment. Possess a deep understanding of integrating SAP Retail modules with other SAP components (e.g., SAP BW, SAP CRM) and external systems to ensure seamless data flow. Communicate complex technical concepts and project updates clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, fostering understanding and alignment. Collaborate closely with various business departments, IT teams, and leadership to translate business requirements. Foster a growth-oriented team culture, providing mentorship, training, and opportunities for skill enhancement while promoting cross-functional collaboration.
