#### About the role

• Collaborate with technical, product and UX leads to plan projects, clarify requirements, and execute on development plans to meet contractual timelines.
• Drive productive technical design sessions and discussions, ensuring the right people are involved, and that decisions are well documented.
• Manage the growth and development of the team members.
• Champion engineering best practices during the course of customer implementations and ensure on-time delivery of a high quality product.
• Work with implementation project managers to provide crisp updates on progress and risks towards achieving milestones.
• Live our team values of ownership, innovation, cooperation, and empathy for our customer.


• 4-5 years of experience in Managerial role.
• Leading and growing engineering teams while delivering on complex software systems for customers.
• Planning, building, testing, and maintaining complex software applications.
• Onboarding, mentoring and coaching new team members on technical and non-technical aspects.
• Demonstrated strong ownership mentality, stakeholder management skills and results orientation.
• Effective communication with cross-functional leaders to drive collaborative problem solving and decision making.
• Familiarity with one or more of the following languages/frameworks (by order of priority, most to least-


• GoLang, React, Kotlin, Swift, RDBMS, MongoDB
• Google Cloud Platform, CI/CD, Concourse
