As the Regional Engineering Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all engineering activities within your designated region. Your leadership and technical expertise will be crucial in ensuring the successful execution of engineering projects, maintaining high standards of quality, and driving operational excellence.Key responsibilities:Leadership and Team Management:

• Provide leadership and guidance to the engineering team within the region, including hiring, coaching, and mentoring team members.

• Set performance goals, conduct performance evaluations, and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Project Planning and Execution:

• Oversee the planning, design, and execution of engineering projects within the region, ensuring compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather project requirements, develop project plans, and establish timelines and budgets.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or roadblocks, and implement corrective measures to ensure successful project completion.

Technical Expertise and Quality Assurance:

• Provide technical expertise, guidance, and support to the engineering team, ensuring adherence to engineering best practices and standards.
• Conduct regular quality assurance reviews of engineering designs, calculations, and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, vendors, and local regulatory authorities within the region.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and address project requirements, concerns, and scope changes effectively.

Continuous Improvement:

• Stay updated on emerging engineering technologies, industry trends, and best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering team and identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency enhancements.
• Promote innovation and the adoption of sustainable design practices within engineering projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field). Advanced degree or professional certifications are a plus.
