Skills & Qualifications



• Strong foundation in Computer science and Software Development as a software developer is a must.
• You must have experience being in a similar role, formally managing multiple teams.
• You must have experience working in the US or working closely with co-workers in the US in a multinational technology company environment.
• Strong technical background and experience in technology platforms.
• Hands on with code, able to sit and discuss code and debug with the team.
• Passionate about writing great code.
• Experience with web app development, cloud platforms is a must.
• Deep Agile project management experience is a must
• Execution against project plans and team commitments (aka, you deliver)
• A super polished personality, super strong communication, an obvious leadership presence is a must
• A strong product mindset - your background must not be "coding to a spec".
• Deep understanding of Dev and QA processes, automation, CI/CD and release management
• Experience directly working and communicating with clients and customers in the US is a must
• Experience working with SOWs and the life cycle of client projects is a major advantage
