About the team Dashboard Team The dashboard team builds a large chunk of StreamYard\'s core features, including all our integrations (YouTube Live, Facebook Live, LinkedIn Live, etc). They solve many hard engineering problems, but are also obsessed with user experience. If you\'re the type of person that not only loves solving hard engineering problems, but also loves building features that delight users, then this role might be a great fit for you. What you\'ll do Manage an engineering team focused on delivering results Work closely with a product manager and a designer Help engineers grow their skills and experience Run agile project management processes Conduct code reviews, and make technical contributions to platform architecture Write some code yourself Contribute to the sense of psychological safety on your team Continually improve the processes of the team and company Hold regular 1:1\'s with all members of the team Give regular and clear feedback on individual\'s performance Foster technical decision making on the team. Improve product quality, security, and performance Seek and hire globally-distributed top talent Conduct interviews for candidates Help develop the product roadmap of your team Help guide the technical direction of the company About you You\'re a technical leader with a love for coding and building products. You care about the products you work on and want to be involved with the product vision and roadmap for the team, and you take ownership for delivering results. You love building high performing teams and enjoy supporting the growth of your team members. You also like to be hands on and write some code yourself. You have leadership experience with remote or hybrid teams. Able to translate ambiguity into clear directives for the team.
