We provide a unique end-to-end ecosystem where players can master their skills, practice intelligently, and achieve success.About the Role:As an Engineering Manager, you will lead the development and delivery of high-quality software products that define our gaming platforms future. You will be at the helm of a talented engineering team, driving best practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.Key Responsibilities:- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions.- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.- Ensure the successful execution of development projects within established timelines and budgets.- Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of software applications and systems.- Implement and promote best practices in software development, including code reviews, testing, and continuous integration.- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, integrating them into our development processes.- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the engineering team.Required Skills and Qualifications:- Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or in a similar role in software development.- Strong technical background with hands-on experience in:- JSON Schema- Open API (Swagger)- Figma- JavaScript and TypeScript- Git- Node.js- Bash/Shell - POSIX CLI (Command Line Interface)- React or React Native- MobX State Tree (or equivalent state management libraries such as Redux)- NextJS- HTML, CSS, and SCSS- Bootstrap (or equivalent CSS frameworks)- Excellent understanding of software development methodologies, tools, and processes.- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.- Excellent communication and leadership skills.- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.- Experience with cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).Preferred Qualifications:- Experience in the gaming industry or with game development.- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.Apply here: https://lnkd.in/gv6A75iYDon\'t miss out on new job openingsfollow us on LinkedIn : https://www.linkedin.com/company/talent-nexa-consulting/
