Preferably C# / Python, JavaScript, AWS, Cloud. 3+ years of Architecture experience. 4+ of Experience with UI & cloud development. 5+ Exp with different databases (RDS, NoSQL, Graph) 5+ Exp with Web tech (HTML, CSS, React / Angular / VueJS /Blazor) Experience providing end to end solution. Experience in handling software development teams. Responsibilities: Work with customers to determine priorities and create technical solutions. Hire, coach, manage, and mentor a team of geographically distributed software engineers. Spend time in driving the engineering practices. Code reviews, Architectural and Design Reviews, Automating redundant manual tasks (testing, deployment etc.), continuous learning. Design and develop software applications and application components in an agile environment. Work with geographically distributed teams, with ample opportunity to learn from and mentor teammates in a fast-paced environment. Play a key role in the future of software solutions by working closely with customers and other stakeholders to aid solution development. Build and implement performant and scalable solutions by applying development best practices. Ensure high quality solutions by implementing unit tests, driving continuous Integration/ validation, and supporting the creation and design of performance, load, and user acceptance tests. Build methods and tools to automate development activities. Experience leading teams to deliver high-quality software products. Flexibility to work across a variety of software-related disciplines. Software design experience using object-oriented patterns, SOLID, and other development principles. Experience developing scalable and performant applications. Expertise delivering end to end solutions. Ability to collaborate with Architects, project leads, Project manager, Business and product owners.
