• Own the direction and execution for your team, and define, shape, and drive the team's technical vision and road map.
• Own the overall work product of your team -- which includes design decisions, engineering and operational excellence, decisions on project priorities, as well as timely execution of these projects. Be the thought leader for your team and own its impact.
• Build successful partnerships with teams across Product, UX, and Global Business to deliver on our overall mission.
