Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for an Engineering Manager. (Java Stack) 1. As an engineering manager you will be responsible to Strategize and plan the development process of multiple products thereby ensuring smooth completion of product development on time 2. You will get an opportunity to take ownership to guide the team, involve in planning and supervision of multiple teams to develop a variety of fintech products which would be scalable and reliable 3. Your expertise would be required in proposing and managing the budget of the product development as well 4. Responsible for People Management which includes, 1:1, Performance Appraisals, Learning & Development ETC.. 5. Own Product deliverables and ensure that the projects are delivered on timely basis. 6. Responsible for resource allocation, resource management and work with cross functional teams and ensure collaboration without any spillage. Responsibilities: 1. Guiding engineering team to deliver high quality products 2. Plan the workload for engineering team members 3. Develop designs, products and processes. 4. Ensure high technical accuracy is maintained 5. Research and develop products 6. Propose and manage budget for the engineering team 7. Ensure successful completion of products. 8. Ensure smooth coordination between engineering and management team 9. Strategizing and brainstorming opportunities for career development, mentoring and training for engineering team 10.Build the entire technical documentation/ Engineering handbook and work closely with product team and other team managers for building product roadmaps 11.Involve in daily standup meetings and keep track of the development process 12.Assist the hiring team in recruitment process for technical roles 13.Help team members to succeed at their tasks What are we looking for 1.
