:A little taste of your day-to-day:Every day is different, but you'll mostly be:xe2x97x8f Directing daily engineering needs to ensure the right team is always on the right taskxe2x97x8f Creating a safe, secure and comfortable environment for our guests to enjoyxe2x97x8f Maintaining and ordering parts and supplies whilst minimising waste and meetingour green initiativesxe2x97x8f Being flexible to react to ad-hoc duties where we have to unexpectedly pull together to get a task completedxe2x97x8f Building strong relationships with outside contacts including guests, regulatory agencies, others as neededWhat We need from you:xe2x97x8f Some college or advanced vocational trainingxe2x97x8f Four years' experience in general building maintenance and/or construction or equivalent combination of education and experiencexe2x97x8f Specialised expertise in plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and carpentry fieldsxe2x97x8f Level 3 EPA Certification, HVAC and refrigeration certificate, licensed plumber and/or journeyman status for electrician and carpenter may be requiredxe2x97x8f Hotel experience preferredxe2x97x8f Professional certification and licence if required by lawWhat you can expect from us:We give our people everything they need to succeed.
