• Minimum 5-7 years of experience as an end-to-end tech lead delivering solutions for banking enterprise applications, with 10-15 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in technology
• Lead the Technology work streams / Sub Value Stream / Projects within Client Implementation and collaborate with stakeholders, including business users, operations, technology teams, and subject matter experts, to define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining tasks, dependencies, and deliverables, and manage project execution to ensure successful completion.
• Oversee the implementation of workflow and automation solutions, document management strategies, and client data management initiatives.
• Drive the digitisation of processes and systems, leveraging emerging technologies and best practices to improve efficiency, accuracy, and client experiences.
• Work with the project stakeholders to manage end-to-end delivery of requirements and solution to business problem statements, project sizing, implementation, and transition into BAU
• Proficiency in defining orchestration and integration patterns including understanding patterns, standards, and reference architectures for Application Architecture domains.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, and subject matter experts to understand wholesale banking requirements and align them with technology strategies.

RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Proven experience in the wholesale banking domain, with a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end landscape, client onboarding, compliance requirements, and digitization initiatives.
• Previous experience of Dynamics 365 project.
• Deep knowledge of wholesale banking products and processes (payments experience is a plus) and a strong appreciation of the interdependencies between various systems and workflows.
• Proven delivery experience using Agile delivery methodology.
• Experience in delivering end-to-end technology solutions in complex environments, incorporating compliance, operational processes, workflow and automation, document management, client data management, and identity and access management.
• Familiarity with compliance requirements, such as KYC (Know Your Customer), and the ability to incorporate them into architectural designs and solutions.
• Strong understanding of security frameworks, data privacy regulations, and best practices related to wholesale banking and client data management.
• Serve as expert in area of responsibility, identifies process improvements and problem prevention, and advises department and management of relevant information as appropriate.
