Engineering Head - Tyre Manufacturing Firm (18-25 yrs)

We at Wizsprint Consultants are mandated to hire Engineering Head for a leading #Tyre Manufacturing Company for #OTR - Agriculture, Construction & Industrial, Mining ,Forestry & Truck Tires sectors , . We are looking for individuals with strong experience in the Tyre Industry as Head Engineering in maintenance, engineering, project execution, corporate functioning.

Experience:

- Minimum of 18-25 years of experience in the tire industry with at least 8-10 years in a senior leadership role. Must have experience in #OTR Tires / #Off-Highway Tires.

Key Result Areas:

- Plant machinery performance of all tyre manufacturing units .

- Preparation of budget, monitoring, controlling as per target, SOP preparation, monitoring of key machines performance , scrap / workway reduction due to engineering related issues, PMS scheduling and monitoring, new equipment requirements, capex preparations, modification review and capex working out with pay back calculation, cost reduction projects identification , SPC/ SFC reduction planning.

- Managing maintenance budgets and controlling costs.

- Lead a Professional Engineering qualified team people to provide Engineering and Maintenance services.

- Initiate automation projects for productivity improvements.

- Leading the Lean Six Sigma & OPEX initiatives in whole tyre plant.

- Design, selection, installation, commissioning of automation system for tyre.

Qualifications: Graduate in Engineering- preferably Mechanical /Electrical Relevant exp in Tire industry , especially in OTR segment (preferred)
