Role:Support department activities for enhancing engineering efficiency through effective management of Logistics ActivitiesResponsibilities: \xc2\xa7

• Identification & onboarding new Logistics service providers.
• \xc2\xa7 RFQ/Tendering, negotiation process through system for contract finalization.
• \xc2\xa7 Designing and managing Agreements with \'Logistics Service Providers (LSP)\'.
• \xc2\xa7 Co-ordination with Internal & external stakeholders for various Logistics activities & to ensure better solutions to end customer.
• \xc2\xa7 Tracking and safety of en-route consignments. Ensuring no quality issues are observed during transit, safe handling of parts/ vehicles, proper packaging
• \xc2\xa7 Coordination with PPC- M,K,G, K, SMG /Warehouse teams for system & process developments.
• \xc2\xa7 Cost saving & new project initiatives.
• \xc2\xa7 Periodic review of LSPs.
• \xc2\xa7 Experience in Part Truck Load, Management of Packaging and logistics for Raw material & Parts.
• \xc2\xa7 Understanding about MTD, PO, Invoicing, Taxation, Export-Import, Custom Handling, Packing, Scrapping , Engg Model Development Cycle

• \xc2\xa7 Understanding of Logistics business activities and ensure operational compliance.
• \xc2\xa7 Knowledge on MSIL Systems Like : Enovia, ERP system - SAP / Oracle, MSIL Production Menu.
• \xc2\xa7 Knowledge of Transportation, Logistics, warehousing, understanding of Supply Chain Management.
• \xc2\xa7 Vendor management & KPI performance evaluation.
• \xc2\xa7 Knowledge on Logistics Costing - ZBC
• \xc2\xa7 Proficient in use of computers (especially Excel, Word and Power point) Desirable:
• \xc2\xa7 Worked in Automotive OEM and have experience of Logistics management. (Minimum 3-years of hands-on experience in Automotive Logistics management.) \xc2\xa7 Demonstrated efficient enhancement, cost saving.
