Position Title (common name for job posting): Engineer \xe2\x80\x93 Electrical Routings&Wiring Harness Large TractorPosition Summary:As a Design Engineer ,you will be an integral member of the tractor product development team generating design solutions for both new tractor projects as well as supporting the existing tractor product line. This position is in the Electrical Routings & Intergration teamResponsibilities:Provide creative design solutions for tractor electrical routings that align with manufacturing best practices to meet project quality, cost, and timing targets.Regularly communicate with US based design lead to ensure continuous design feedback and alignment of priorities.Work in partnership with other technical teams to coordinate interrelated designsCreate part and install drawings for routing wire harnesses/cables, mounting electrical components and associated bracketry,Perform engineering releases of assigned systems consistent with department standards and program milestones.Investigate field concerns and warranty claims for both prototype and current product, providing design solutions to address failures.Requirements:Bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Agricultural, or Automotive Engineering withtotal 6-9 Years of work experience.3+ years of prior work experience in design and product development of on-road or off-road vehicles/equipment3+ years experience in Pro/E Creo or other similar cad design packagesPreferred QualificationsThe ideal Candidate will have:Experience in agriculture machines, ideally tractors, sprayers, or combinesExperience working across multiple system teamsExperience with Creo cabling /TeamCenterMS Office experienceExperience with problem solving methodologiesAble to work with moderate guidance and directionGood communication skills
